The Lion King is a 1994 American animated musical drama film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The film is the 32nd Disney animated feature film and is based on the Bible stories of Joseph and Moses, and William Shakespeare's play Hamlet. It tells the story of Simba, a young lion who is to succeed his father, Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands. However, after Simba's uncle Scar murders Mufasa, Simba is manipulated into thinking he was responsible, and abandons his home. Simba is later taken in by Pumbaa and Timon, and grows up in the jungle before eventually reuniting with his childhood friend Nala, and returning to the Pride Lands to take back his rightful place as king and seek revenge against Scar. Along the way, Simba learns valuable life lessons, and with the help of his friends, defeats Scar and becomes the new King of the Pride Lands.

Ultimately, Marlin is able to find Nemo and, with the help of his newfound friends, musters the courage to confront his own fears and reunite with his son. Finding Nemo is both a heartwarming tale of family and friendship and an exciting action-adventure.
