He is visited by an angel named Clarence who shows him what life in his town of Bedford Falls would have been like if he had never been born. Through this journey, George realizes that his life is a blessing and he has touched the lives of many people throughout his life. He is ultimately saved by a Christmas miracle and learns to appreciate the life he has.

The film's twist ending is one of the most memorable in cinematic history. The Sixth Sense was a critical and commercial success and was nominated for six Academy Awards, including Best Picture.

They enlist the help of a fourth ghostbuster, Winston Zeddemore, and battle Gozer to the top of a skyscraper. With the help of a mysterious Keymaster and an ancient artifact, the Ghostbusters manage to trap the evil Gozer and save the city.

In the process, Betelgeuse causes chaos, turning the whole town upside down. The film is a whimsical and dark comedy that explores themes of death, loss, and the afterlife.
