Finding Nemo is a 2003 computer-animated adventure-comedy film directed by Andrew Stanton and Lee Unkrich and released by Walt Disney Pictures and Pixar Animation Studios. Written and co-directed by Stanton, the film stars Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Alexander Gould, and Willem Dafoe. It tells the story of a clown fish named Marlin who, along with a regal tang named Dory, searches for his abducted son Nemo all the way to Sydney Harbour. Along the way, Marlin learns to take risks and let Nemo make his own decisions. The film received critical acclaim and was a box office success, grossing over $921 million worldwide. It won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, and was nominated in three more categories, including Best Original Screenplay.

"Jaws" (1975) is a classic horror/thriller film directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Peter Benchley's novel of the same name. It follows Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) as he attempts to protect the beachgoers of Amity Island from an enormous great white shark. With the help of a marine biologist, Matt Hooper (Richard Dreyfuss), and a professional shark hunter, Quint (Robert Shaw), Brody races against time to stop the shark before it can wreak further havoc on the island. The film is renowned for its iconic score by composer John Williams, as well as its groundbreaking special effects that made viewers believe they were actually seeing a real shark on screen. It remains one of the most influential films of all time and was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry in 1999.
