The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 is a 2013 animated superhero movie directed by Jay Oliva, based on the 1986 comic book mini-series of the same name by Frank Miller. The film follows Bruce Wayne/Batman (voiced by Peter Weller) as he goes up against returning nemesis The Joker (Michael Emerson) who has been revived by the government and is now wreaking havoc in Gotham City. With the help of a mysterious new vigilante, Carrie Kelly (Ariel Winter), Batman must go up against the Joker and his allies in the United States government in order to protect the citizens of Gotham. Meanwhile, a new breed of criminal begins to plague the city, as well as a terrifying new enemy: Superman (Mark Valley). Batman and his allies must team up to face these powerful forces, while at the same time trying to figure out their own moral code and what it truly means to be a hero.

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox is a 2013 DC Animated Original Movie released by Warner Premiere and DC Entertainment. Directed by Jay Oliva, the film is part of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line. The film features the voices of Justin Chambers as Barry Allen/The Flash and C. Thomas Howell as Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash. The film follows The Flash as he travels back in time to prevent the death of his mother, Nora Allen. However, in his attempt to save her, he accidentally creates a new timeline where the world is on the brink of nuclear war between the Atlanteans and the Amazons. With the help of Batman, Cyborg, and Wonder Woman, The Flash works to undo the disaster he caused and restore the timeline. Along the way, he discovers Reverse-Flash is also responsible for his mother's death and must now face his greatest adversary. In the end, The Flash is able to restore the timeline and save his mother's life.

As Batman battles to bring justice to Gotham City, he must also confront his inner demons and unresolved issues with Jason's death. Ultimately, Batman must make a difficult decision in order to save the city and those he loves.

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 is an animated superhero film based on the 1986 comic book of the same name by Frank Miller. After a daring rescue of the mayor, who had been taken hostage by the Joker, Batman puts a stop to the Joker's reign of terror. Meanwhile, his nemesis, Harvey "Two-Face" Dent (voiced by Wade Williams) is on the loose and a new crime lord, the Mutant Leader (voiced by Michael McKean), is terrorizing the city. With the help of a young girl, Carrie Kelly (voiced by Ariel Winter), and the always reliable Robin (voiced by David Selby), Batman must take down the Mutant Leader and restore peace to Gotham. Along the way, he must also confront an aging Superman (voiced by Mark Valley) who has been called in by the government to take down Batman.
