Dogville is a 2003 drama film written and directed by Lars von Trier. The film follows Grace (played by Nicole Kidman) as she seeks refuge in the small mountain town of Dogville, Colorado. The townspeople reluctantly agree to take her in, but only if she works for them in exchange for her stay. As her stay in Dogville continues, the townspeople become increasingly oppressive and controlling of Grace, eventually leading to her escape and a bloody confrontation between the townspeople and her family. Along the way, the audience is presented with a thought-provoking exploration of human nature and the complexities of morality.

Jigsaw has put them in a situation where they must complete a series of deadly tasks in order to survive. As the story progresses, the two men learn more about Jigsaw's motivations and try to uncover the identity of the killer. Along the way, they must confront their own inner demons as they fight to survive. The film is an intense suspense-filled journey through the depths of human depravity and is considered to be one of the best horror films of the decade.

Hunger is a British historical drama film written and directed by Steve McQueen. The film is based on the 1981 Irish hunger strike and portrays the story of Bobby Sands, a Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) volunteer who led the strike in Prison Maze, Northern Ireland. After being arrested for his involvement in paramilitary activities, Sands is placed into the Maze Prison, where he and his fellow inmates are subject to the inhumane and dehumanizing conditions of the British prison system. Sands and the other inmates eventually launch a hunger strike, demanding better treatment and political recognition for their cause. As the strike progresses and its effects become more severe, Sands becomes a symbol of resistance in the eyes of the international community. He is admired for his courage and determination, yet also vilified by some for his tactics. In the end, Sands dies after 66 days on hunger strike, but the legacy of his struggle lives on.
