Spider-Man: No Way Home is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man, produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It is the third installment in the Spider-Man: Homecoming series and the 26th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Jon Watts, with a script from Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, and Matthew Rosenberg. Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, Jamie Foxx, and Benedict Cumberbatch return, while Alfred Molina and Tobey Maguire join the cast as Doctor Octopus and Peter Parker, respectively. The film follows Spider-Man’s struggle to deal with the ramifications of his actions in Spider-Man: Far From Home, while also attempting to uncover the secrets of Mysterio and find a way home. The plot follows him as he teams up with his friends and allies, including Mysterio, to take on an array of enemies and try to right the wrongs of the past. Along the way, he will also encounter a number of familiar faces from both past and present Marvel stories.
