Gone Baby Gone is a 2007 crime drama directed by Ben Affleck and based on the novel by Dennis Lehane. Through their investigation, the two uncover a complex web of lies and deceit that threatens to tear apart their own relationship, as well as their neighborhood. As their search intensifies, the detectives realize that their own moral convictions are being tested as they get closer and closer to the truth. The film is an exploration of morality and the decisions that are made when faced with difficult, sometimes life-or-death decisions.
