Shaun of the Dead is a British romantic zombie comedy directed by Edgar Wright and starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. The movie follows Shaun, a slacker who is forced to get his life in order when a zombie apocalypse breaks out in London. Along with his best friend Ed, and his girlfriend Liz, Shaun must fight off the hordes of the undead whilst trying to protect his mother and their friends. On their journey, Shaun and his ragtag team must use their wits to survive the onslaught and make their way to the safest place they can find - the local pub. Along the way, Shaun learns important lessons about friendship and his own life.

"28 Days Later..." is a post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Danny Boyle and released in 2002. The film follows a group of survivors in the aftermath of a deadly virus that has spread across the United Kingdom and killed most of the population. Jim, a bike courier, awakens from a coma to find the country in ruins, populated by zombie-like victims of the virus. Together with a small group of survivors, he must find a way to safety in a changed world. Along the way, they encounter a dangerous group of infected humans and must face the difficult decisions of who they can trust and how they can survive.
