Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is an adventure swashbuckler directed by Gore Verbinski and released in 2003. The movie follows the story of Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) as they set out to rescue the beautiful Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) from the cursed crew of the Black Pearl. The two unlikely allies must battle against the dastardly pirate captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) to break the ancient curse that has trapped the cursed pirates in an undead state and return Elizabeth to her beloved hometown of Port Royal. Along the way, they enlist the help of a variety of other characters as they encounter a number of obstacles and hurdles in their quest to break the curse and return Elizabeth home safe and sound.

It follows the story of two monsters, Sulley and Mike, who work at an energy-producing factory called Monsters, Inc. run by the CEO, Henry J. Waternoose. The factory's main purpose is to scare children in order to generate energy. However, when Sulley unknowingly brings a human child into their world, chaos ensues. Sulley and Mike must work together to return the child home safely, while at the same time battling the evil Randall Boggs, who is determined to turn the child into an energy source. Along the way, they discover the true power of friendship and the importance of family.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is a 1993 American stop-motion animated musical fantasy film directed by Henry Selick and produced/co-written by Tim Burton. The film follows Jack Skellington, a being from "Halloween Town" who opens a portal to "Christmas Town" and decides to celebrate the holiday. However, his attempts to bring Christmas to his home cause confusion. Danny Elfman wrote the songs and scored the film, and provided the singing voice of Jack. It also features the voices of Chris Sarandon, Catherine O'Hara, William Hickey, and Glenn Shadix. The film received positive reviews from critics, and was also a financial success, grossing over $75 million during its initial theatrical release. It has since been re-released numerous times, and it has been adapted into video games, television specials, comic books, and a stage musical. The film has become a cult classic, and it has achieved a classic status, having been selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2019.

Fantasia is a 1940 American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney. It is the third Disney animated feature film and, based on the musical segments, is considered one of the most ambitious works of its time. The Muppet Christmas Carol is a 1992 American musical fantasy film directed by Brian Henson and based on Charles Dickens' 1843 novella of the same name. Adapted by Jerry Juhl and produced by Jim Henson Productions and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures, it is the fourth feature film to star the Muppets and is a retelling of the classic Dickens' tale of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly old man visited by three ghosts who show him the error of his ways. The film features Michael Caine in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, alongside Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit and Miss Piggy as Emily Cratchit. It also features the characters of the Muppets in a variety of roles, providing comic relief throughout. The musical score is composed by Miles Goodman and the soundtrack also features a variety of classic Christmas carols as well as original songs written by Paul Williams and performed by the Muppets.
