Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Harrison Ford, is an action-adventure film about an archaeologist and adventurer named Indiana Jones (Ford) who is hired by the government to search for the Ark of the Covenant, an artifact that is believed to have supernatural powers. Along the way, he must battle Nazi forces, rival archaeologists, and a secret cult to find the Ark. Jones eventually succeeds in finding the Ark and returns it to the U.S., but finds that the powers the Ark possess are too powerful to handle and must be destroyed. The film follows Jones' adventurous journey and showcases the power of faith and friendship in the face of danger.

In this third installment of the Indiana Jones franchise, Indy (Harrison Ford) embarks on a quest to find his father, Dr. Henry Jones Sr. (Sean Connery), who has gone missing while searching for the Holy Grail. With the help of his father's colleague, Dr. Elsa Schneider (Alison Doody), Indy must find the Grail before it falls into the hands of the Nazis. On his quest, Indy faces a variety of obstacles and travels all over the world, encountering danger, betrayal, and a rivalry with his father's old friend, the Nazi leader Walter Donovan (Julian Glover). With courage and determination, Indy searches for the Grail and eventually finds it, but must use his wits to save his father and keep the Grail from the Nazis.
