Zootopia is an animated comedy-adventure film released in 2016, directed by Byron Howard, Rich Moore, and Jared Bush. It centers on the unlikely friendship between Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), a bunny from the countryside, and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman), a con-artist fox. When Judy moves to the bustling city of Zootopia to join the police force, she finds herself up against a pervasive culture of prejudice and crime. With the help of her wise-cracking partner, Nick, she sets out to prove that even the unlikeliest of duos can make a difference. As Judy and Nick team up, they discover that Zootopia is much more than meets the eye and must work together to uncover a dark conspiracy that threatens the city’s citizens. Through the course of the film, Judy and Nick confront difficult questions about bias, prejudice, and the power of unity. As they come to understand the importance of solidarity, they learn to accept and appreciate each other’s differences and work together to save the day. The Jungle Book is a 1967 animated adventure comedy film directed by Wolfgang Reitherman. The film follows Mowgli, an abandoned child raised by wolves, as he embarks on a journey of self-discovery with the help of his friends Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther. Mowgli must confront the fearsome tiger Shere Khan, who is determined to eliminate him. Along the way, Mowgli meets a variety of characters including the smooth-talking King Louie of the Apes, the hypnotic Kaa the Python, and the vengeful Bandar-Log Monkeys. With the help of his animal friends, Mowgli learns valuable lessons about courage and friendship, and ultimately finds his way back to humanity.
