Home Alone is a classic holiday film directed by Chris Columbus in 1990. The movie stars Macaulay Culkin as eight-year-old Kevin McCallister, who is mistakenly left behind when the rest of his family goes on vacation. After his family leaves, Kevin has to fend for himself in their suburban Chicago home, using his wits, ingenuity, and resourcefulness to protect himself from two bumbling burglars, Harry and Marv (Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern). With the help of a friendly neighbor, Kevin outsmarts and traps the thieves and saves his family’s home.
