Tombstone is a 1993 American Western film directed by George P. Cosmatos and Kevin Jarre. The film stars Kurt Russell, Val Kilmer, Sam Elliott, Bill Paxton, Powers Boothe, Michael Biehn, and Dana Delany. The film is based on the events of the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral and follows a group of lawmen lead by Wyatt Earp and his brother, Morgan, as they take on a ruthless gang of outlaws in the town of Tombstone, Arizona. As the town becomes increasingly violent, the Earps must stand together against their enemies and protect the townspeople. Along the way, they make unlikely allies, including the infamous Doc Holliday, who helps them in their fight against the outlaws. Ultimately, they must use strength and wit to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds and restore peace to the town of Tombstone.

3:10 to Yuma is a western film directed by James Mangold and starring Russell Crowe, Christian Bale, and Peter Fonda. Set in the late 1800s, the film follows rancher Dan Evans (Bale) who reluctantly agrees to take notorious outlaw Ben Wade (Crowe) to the town of Contention to catch the 3:10 to Yuma in order to collect the bounty on Wade's head. Along the way, they face many obstacles, both from Wade's gang and the forces of nature. In the end, Evans must decide whether he has the courage to face Wade in an ultimate showdown. Along the way, Evans learns valuable lessons about courage and honor, and Wade discovers his own inner humanity.
