The Sixth Sense is a psychological thriller directed by M. Night Shyamalan. It tells the story of eight-year-old Cole Sear (Haley Joel Osment), a disturbed child who is able to see and communicate with the dead. His desperate mother (Toni Collette) seeks the help of child psychologist Dr. Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis), who attempts to uncover the truth behind Cole's supernatural abilities. As the plot progresses, Malcolm discovers that Cole has been cursed with the ability to see the dead and he must try to find a way to help the boy to cope with his new reality. Meanwhile, mysterious deaths and disappearances start to occur and Malcolm must unravel the mystery before it is too late.
