Unforgiven is a 1992 Western film directed by Clint Eastwood, who also stars in the lead role. Despite being a coward and a drunk, Munny must face his own violent past and confront a powerful local rancher, Little Bill Daggett (Gene Hackman). The film is a powerful exploration of morality and justice, as Munny and Logan struggle to come to terms with their violent lives while also attempting to live with honor in the unforgiving Wild West. The film won four Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for Eastwood.
