The intertwining stories and the larger-than-life characters make Pulp Fiction one of the most iconic and memorable films of the 1990s. It won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for seven Academy Awards including Best Picture. This cult classic is known for its sharp dialogue, dark humor, and nonlinear narrative.

The film received widespread critical acclaim and won four Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor (Bardem). The film is a gripping and suspenseful tale of greed, justice, and one man's struggle to outrun his own fate.

In the end, the two hitmen must face the consequences of their actions in an attempt to find redemption.

As a result, Ah Jong decides to quit the assassination business and take on one last job in order to raise the money needed to help Jennie with her medical bills. However, his plan goes awry when he discovers that his client’s target is a policeman named Li Ying (Danny Lee), who is also Jennie’s former boyfriend. Ah Jong must now decide whether to fulfill his contract or risk his life and save Li Ying. The Killer is an action-packed film and showcases John Woo’s signature style of hyper-stylized violence. The film is filled with intense gunfights and balletic action scenes, and its strong morality tale has made it a classic of Hong Kong cinema.

The Day of the Jackal is a 1973 British/French suspense-thriller film directed by Fred Zinnemann, based on the 1971 novel of the same name by Frederick Forsyth. The story follows an anonymous assassin, called "the Jackal," who has been hired to assassinate French President Charles de Gaulle in the summer of 1963. The French government hires a British detective to track down and stop the Jackal. The detective, aided by the French authorities, pursues the Jackal all over Europe in a desperate race against time to stop the assassination. The film was nominated for several awards, including an Oscar for Best Picture and a BAFTA for Best Film. It was a box office success and has since become a classic of the thriller genre.

In the end, the Killer is forced to confront his own painful past, and the Man is left to pick up the pieces.

In the end, Max is able to survive the ordeal and save the lives of his passengers. The film was praised for its visual style, performances, and action sequences while exploring themes of morality and justice.
